The parts of the building that are visible from the outside are made of exposed concrete and have deep, vertical inlays (so-called matrices). This fine structuring gives the concrete surface an elegant, three-dimensional appearance. Wood-metal windows are installed at floor-to-ceiling height between the wall elements, with railings positioned in front of them in a metal mesh construction. External venetian blinds are used to provide shade for the windows.
